NARA balsamic vinegar from dates

Crafted from the concentrated juice of Mazafati dates (also called Mazati), the vinegar is slowly fermented and left to mature for years in wood, like a classic balsamic. But unlike grape vinegars, it has a rounder, milder note and a warm, oriental flavor.
