A careful selection of four lesser-known varieties, each with a distinct aromatic signature:

Ajwa Bio– small, dark, with a deep and spicy taste. With a less sweet taste and a subtle minerality, they are considered a symbol of purification. Preferred during fasting, but also by those looking for a sober taste.

Wanan Bio– large and dark, with a generous, soft core, with subtle flavors of cocoa, cinnamon and licorice. Perfect for those who prefer moderate sweetness.

Khidri Bio– chestnuts, with a soft texture and creamy core, a taste reminiscent of raisins. They are versatile, yet surprising – with a rustic elegance and a discreet sweetness.

Kholas Bio– golden, with notes of caramel, honey and toffee. The texture can vary from soft to slightly firm, and the taste always remains velvety and luxurious.

This package is ideal for comparative tastings, offering a wide range of flavors – from deep and austere to sweet and velvety.

Saudi Arabia

Our partner farm in Saudi Arabia is located in the picturesque Al Ghat region, approximately 200 kilometers northwest of the vibrant capital Riyadh. Al Ghat offers ideal conditions for growing dates, with hot summers and mild winters.

The farm is a pioneer of organic farming in Saudi Arabia and was one of the first farms in the country to receive EU organic certification. Our Saudi farmer attaches great importance to environmental protection and the conservation of natural resources and has decided not to use chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

Many different varieties of dates are grown on the farm. We currently source 9 of our date varieties from this Saudi partner farm.

Like all organic NARA dates, these rare varieties provide a consistent intake of fiber, natural sugars (fructose and glucose), vitamins B, C, A and essential minerals such as potassium, iron and magnesium. Thanks to the variety of varieties, you benefit from different combinations of micronutrients, ideal for supporting daily energy, skin and nervous system.

Ajwa is valued for its high antioxidant content, Khidri for easy digestion, Kholas for revitalization, and Wanan for balance and satiety.

This package is a sensory journey. Enjoy Ajwa plain, as a little morning ritual or with unsweetened tea. Wanan is perfect paired with hard cheeses or intense dark chocolate. Khidri finds its place in a rich breakfast with granola, seeds and plant-based yogurt, and Kholas – in light desserts, perhaps even filled with mascarpone and pistachios.
