NARA balsamic vinegar from dates

Crafted from the concentrated juice of Mazafati dates (also called Mazati), the vinegar is slowly fermented and left to mature for years in wood, like a classic balsamic. But unlike grape vinegars, it has a rounder, milder note and a warm, oriental flavor.

Unique in origin and process, date vinegar is rare in Europe but traditional in Iran and Saudi Arabia. And the NARA variant is a perfect balance between oriental cultural heritage and the refined know-how of the Modena region.
